1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at miky88. Registering more than one account under the same name, phone number, email address, or device is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes but is not limited to:

• Valid and accurate date of birth
• An active and accessible email address
• Valid Malaysian mobile number
• Bank account or eWallet details for withdrawal purposes

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Miky88 reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close accounts under the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of identity fraud or false information.
